Am writing this note with an unusual amount of relief. Lost my Blackberry but now, thank God, have found it. Speeding around the constituency at the moment. We are doing the masses and also dropping into a plant sale in the Botanic Gardens. Richard Bruton is joining us for this.
All of this is against the backdrop of rising unemployment. The figure of 600,000 has changed so much. This is the number of people who could be unemployed in the next 12 months. It is the only issue that people are raising.
