Urgent update on water supply in Dublin (18.00)
Below is an update on the current position in regard to the supply of water
in Dublin City:
Water will be available from stationary tankers at the following locations
: as of 16.45pm 12/01/10:
1) Cabra at Ventry park
2)Shopping centre, Cardiffsbridge Rd, Finglas
3)Pelletstown @ Ratoath Rd.
4)Middle 3rd, Killester
5)St Canices Church, Finglas Village
6) Belclare Park, Poppintree
7)St Josephs church at Terenure Rd east
8)Junction of Rathgar Ave & Rathgar Rd.
These locations are subject to change depending on demand. Other tankers
will also be deployed to meet demand.
NB: As a precautionary measure water from tankers should be boiled before
using for drinking or cooking purposes.
Both mobile & stationary tankers will need to be replenished. They will be
available until 8pm, depending on demand.
