Department of Finance announces preferred tenderers for provision of investment management services in relation to Apple State aid recovery

Following a competitive tender process, the Department of Finance can confirm that Amundi, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited and Goldman Sachs Asset Management International have been selected as preferred tenderers for the provision of investment management services in connection with the alleged Apple State aid recovery process.

Over the coming weeks, the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), who is conducting the procurement process on behalf of the Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe TD, and Apple will be working with the preferred tenderers to finalise contracts. 

As previously announced, Bank of New York Mellon was recently selected as the preferred tenderer for custodian and escrow services in relation to the alleged Apple State aid recovery process.

The procurement process for custodian and escrow services, as well as for the provision of investment management services, have been conducted by the NTMA on behalf of the Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe TD, in conjunction with Apple.
