Urgent Water Update: Location of tankers supplying water
Water supplies are at a critically low level with reduced pressure and disruptions to supply. Please see www.dublincity.ie for a list of these.
Water tankers are supplying water to the public.
Location of stationary tankers as of 12.45pm 12/01/10:
- Cabra at Ventry park
- Shopping centre, Cardiffsbridge Rd, Finglas
- Shopping centre Clarehall, N32 junction
- Coolock Village
- Middle 3rd, Killester
- Church, Finglas Village
- Belclare Park, Poppintree
These locations are subject to change depending on demand. Other tankers will also be deployed to meet demand. Mobile tankers will be available to provide water to hospitals and nursing homes.
Pleases call 01 222 4221 or 222 0600 to arrange for a tanker to call to the elderly or those most at need.
Both mobile & stationary tankers will need to be replenished. They will be available until 8pm, depending on demand.
