Dear Resident,
The Rail Procurement Agency which has responsibility for the delivery of Metro North, recently submitted the planning application to An Bord Pleanala for the construction of the Metro. Many people have raised questions with me about the Metro and the planning process for this project. I am therefore organising a public meeting on Tuesday 14thOctober at 8pm in the Maples House Hotel to provide you with an update on the current status of the Metro.
This meeting will focus on the planning process for the construction of Metro North and how residents can best represent their views and needs within this process. Colm MacEochaidh, one of the country’s leading experts in Irish Planning Law, who has extensive experience in dealing with An Bord Pleanala will be the keynote speaker for the evening.
