This super event will be taking place in the constituency. There is a very interesting panel of speakers, including Nora Owen, Mary Kenny and my friend Gerry O’Connell. This night is to mark the launch of a national fund raising campaign for a documentary feature of the same name. It looks great and I look forward to attending myself. Doors open 7pm.
I am Chairman of the Michael Collins and Arthur Griffith Society that organises a ceremony every year to mark the memories of these great men. That event takes place in Glasnevin Cemetery every August.
