A week of committees. Spent late afternoon in Transport Committee. Focused on a review of Transport 21 by the Institute of Transport and Logistics. Most interesting point was that planned transport spend in the Dublin region is now 25% of planned spend. They also prioritised the Interconnector ahead of Metro North.
