The Grangegorman Development Agency will shortly lodge a planning application for the refurbishment of a laundry building at St Brendan’s Hospital.
This is the second planning application for the total site. A planning meeting will be held on this application on Thursday 15th January at 2.30pm in the offices of the GDA. It is expected that work on this
project will last for 8 months. The gate at the junction of Grangegorman Road and Rathdown Road will be used for the work. All information on the project will be available at www.ggda.ie.
