The National Transport Authority will soon be undertaking a second round of public consultation across Glasnevin as part of plans to develop a Bus Rapid Transit Scheme between the airport and the city centre. An initial programme of consultation took place earlier this year to explain the concept of the proposal, the possible routes and how the project would be delivered. There was a significant amount of engagement by residents across the city and as a result of that feedback, a further programme of consultation is necessary in order to identify preferred routes for the network.
