PHIBSBOROUGH AREA PLAN – INVITE TO A PUBLIC MEETING April 2008

2nd April, 2008

Dear Resident

PHIBSBOROUGH AREA PLAN – INVITE TO A PUBLIC MEETING

ST PETERS CLUB, TUESDAY 15TH APRIL 8PM

The drafting of the Phibsborough Area Plan is a great opportunity for local residents to influence the creation of new planning guidelines for our community. It is vital that we make the most of this opportunity as the Area Plan, if passed by local councillors, will create new principles for future planning decisions. I am therefore organising a public meeting to hear your feedback on the plan.

The draft plan makes recommendations for most of the Phibsborough area. The development of Mountjoy, the Mater Hospital and Phibsborough Shopping Centre/Dalymount Park will have a huge influence on our community. We are therefore organising a public meeting on the recommendations for these sites for Tuesday 15th April at 8pm in St Peters Club, adjacent to St Peters Church. The meeting will conclude by 9.30 pm at the latest.

This meeting will focus on the plans for these sites, the impact on Phibsborough community and discussions as to how the plan can be improved. Please do your best to attend.

If you have any questions in relation to the plan or if there is any other matter that we can help with please do not hesitate to call.

Regards

Paschal Donohoe
